Re-opening accounts

When you close a location the accounts on that location close. When you re-open the location, the accounts does not automatically re-open and instead has to be reopened by clearing the 'replaced by' field one by one. Please consider optimizing this user experience so accounts are re-opened with the location.

    Thanks for raising the enhancement request.

    Re-open a location and automatically clearing 'Replaced On' fields of accounts is an existing supported feature, by utilizing the 'Close Location' dialog box.

    • To re-open a location, open the Close Location dialog, leave the close date value blank, and save.The system clears the Replaced On value of all accounts and meters in the location, and also clears the Closed On location attribute.
