filters shouldn't reset when toggling between all and closed accounts

If you are on the accounts view and you have the columns filtered and you toggle back and forth between "Show all accounts" and "Hide closed accounts" it clears out whatever you have typed it as a filter for the columns. For example, if you want to look at one location and you type in that location name and realize the account you need is closed, once you click "Show all accounts" it clears your location filter and you have to type it in again. The filters should stay regardless.

This also occurs if you delete an account and some other functions.
