Ability to customize the notification mails going from Envizi

Currently, there's a defined template provided by Envizi for the notification and there's not much flexibility in updating the body of the mail or branding of the mail.

    Please raise a ticket through the services team to have the sender email address and client logo customised for notification emails.

    Thank you for raising this idea. To help us assess the idea could you please provide more details on the type of customization required in the body of the emails? And would these customizations be for all notification emails, or only specific notifications e.g., data capture issues?

    Email branding is available for partners - we are checking if this can be applied for direct clients as well.
