Enable reminders for site-level users to add data

Much of our data collection is done manually, where site-level contacts sign in and upload data once a month when the invoice posts. Sometimes, however, the users may forget to add the data which would result in a missing month of data. It would be helpful to be able to set reminders a certain time after the invoice usually posts to reminder site-level contacts to log on to Envizi and enter the usage and invoice.

    Thank you for raising this idea. We have an "account inactivity rules" feature which allows you to create Data Anomaly issues if an account is in arrears by a specified period.
