Warning should be sent to users when data isn't loaded using the universal templates

Users will often load data into Envizi using the universal templates. When loading data through using the universal templates, users are presented with 3 check: Delivery, process and loading status. 
The first apparent problem here is that there is no email sent to users if one of these fails. I.e. if delivery and process works, but loading fails, the user should receive an email stating as much. Today, we wait and refresh the page to see the status.
Besides, often times, users may get the 3 check marks, however, due to issues in the file (i.e. missing a column or names containing special characters) certain data won't load properly in their accounts. The third check mark (loading) should be changed for a warning sign whenever that happens so users know to go into the logs and identify the error.

    We're pleased to advise that the enhancements mentioned in item 2 have now been released. This includes a new status of "Loaded with errors" to indicate when some rows of a file have loaded but not others. We have also made the number of Load errors, parse errors and skipped rows visible on the Upload Files page. Note that we are investigating whether we can provide direct access to these errors from the Upload Files page to improve the user experience further. These updates will be reflected in IBM ESG Suite documentation shortly.

    Thank you for raising this enhancement request. Elements of this request are already planned for future release, while others may be considered in the future. Please see below for details.

    1. We currently support sending a Data Receipt Report for any files that make it to the loading stage. We acknowledge that there are some limitations such as that reports are not generated if files fail in the delivery or processing stage. We are considering how to provide more effective notification of all file loading issues, but for now users should continue to monitor the status of file loading via the UI, noting the planned updates below to make this page more useful.

    2. We are in the process of implementing a few updates to make the information on this page more useful. One of the changes will be to add a new status of partially loaded to provide clear indication of files where the load errors need to be reviewed. Other improvements are planned too such as showing the number of skipped rows and error rows without needing to drill through to loading logs page.

    This ticket will be updated when the functionality mentioned in item 2 is released.
