Hi @Guest - variance alert rules are available via the account style wizard. We will be making the wizard available to clients at the end of the quarter and will promote this feature more actively at that stage.
Hi Yas... and how about the variance? ie, if a load is 10% higher then last year could an alert be generated? Concept is the users entering the information would know and to a) double check data and b) if correct, perhaps write a note somewhere on why, making it simple of the esg focal to have pertinent info at hand.
We are currently working on several enhancements which will deliver some of the functionality mentioned in this ticket.
The ability to configure account style variance rules is on track to be released in Q1 2025. These rules will trigger alerts at the time of data entry (manual or file load). Initially this feature will be available to IBM Envizi partners, implementation consultants and support teams. But we are planning to make this available to client system administrators in Q2 2025.
We are making some general enhancements to Data Flow Automation to provide more transparency for files with parse errors and load errors. These enhancements are on track to be released in Q1 2025 and further improvements are being planned throughout the year.
I agree. would be nice to have a more robust error system as well as having this data available via the API also.
Clear indication of accounts with missing data after a bulk upload would also be very helpful.
