List views and user's ability to add/remove/arrange columns

List views and user's ability to add/remove/arrange columns to suit him the best and ensure that download from list views contains the same columns in same order as well. In addition, ensure to comply with the security setup. That goes for list views in search windows as well.

    I can see that the status has changed to delivered. Do you have further details for what has been delivered and within which MAS version(s)? As of now, I'm especially interested into the capabilities for our Manage users to configure their own list views.

    There are several new role based applications now available in the Maximo Application Suite. There are personalization capabilities for the list pages that will also be considered as part of the download.

    Thanks, Kim, for your comment. Sounds good.

    Will the implemented functionality also scope search windows? And will it scope that download into e.g. Excel will be WYSIWYG as well as data in the download won't compromise the security setup (e.g. normally user X can't see hour rates for crafts, but when he does a download, data is presented to him anyway)?

    Thank you for your submission. The role based applications will be supporting personalization of table windows which will begin to roll out by the end of 2022.
