Asset Operations Manager's overview of when and in which frequency his PMs will be called out for WOs

Being the Asset Operation manager, it would a great help to have a calendar view of all my PMs, so that I'm able to find and plan which (groups of) PMs should run in same sequences as well as which should not. The calendar view will show in color marking each PM and the dates it has/will be called out.

Thanks, Brian, for elaborating on the Graphical Scheduling. It's correct it can tell future PM instances, but it doesn't tell the Work Orders conducted or called out and waiting for the action day to arrive. Hence, the Graphical Scheduling doesn't provide the full picture and that will be useful for the Asset Operation Manager as well as other end users to have.

Moreover, to have the Graphical Scheduling you need to submit each PM forecast one at a time - while my suggestion and attached example shows a selection of PM forecasts (e.g. based on a query) shown in one go. That's really useful.

Graphical Scheduling has a PM Forecast feature which can visualize future PM instances on a Gantt chart. Please see the Scheduling Community for more information or contact us with your specific user case.
