Asset availability enhancement

The aim of this RFE is to have a usable integrated solution for asset availability.
Today there is an action in Maximo Asset application "Asset Availability" with sub-actions "Define / Manage Maintenance / Operational Schedule" but it's unusable for us.

At our company, the schedule is not the same for everyday and the availability can have several levels on one day, so if we want to enter the schedule for a week, we have maybe 20 or 30 time slots to create for one asset :
Monday from 0AM to 5PM -> high availability
Monday from 5PM to 7PM -> low
Monday from 7PM to 11PM -> medium
Monday from 23PM to Tuesday 1AM -> low
Tuesday 1AM to 5AM ->high

We have more than 400 assets, we can't configure it every week, even not every month, so the only solution should be to enter the all schedule for something like a year.

The problem is, if we do this but the schedule changes, the user will have to manually remove each wrong future time slot one by one in "Manage Maintenance / Operational Schedule", that's a nightmare.

Today the only solution we have found to manage Asset Availability is to create an external tool.
The user fill an Excel sheet with all his assets and all the schedules (see example in attachment).

He integrates the file to the tool, choses the beginning and the end of when this schedule has to be defined, apply it first to a test environment, then apply it to the production.
If the schedule change, the user has only to change his Excel file, and to the steps again, the tool will automaticaly remove all the exisiting schedule on the chosen period and apply the new schedule
