List the workorders where the timer is started on top

Our technician came up with this idea. When you have 10 or more workorders and for whatever reason you have to work on a low priority workorder which is only visible by scrolling down you don't see immediatly after a while when refreshing the list what workorder(s) are active, meaning the timer is started. in some cases the technican forget to stopp the workorders which generates questions and more work in the backoffice, cause they have to correct the hours.

'In Progress' Work Orders should sit at the top of the work list by default

This has been been the single largest and most frequently received piece feedback from our technicians. If a technician has a WO in progress and come back to the app, they are there to interact with their 'In Progress' work almost 100% of the time...
