This has been been the single largest and most frequently received piece feedback from our technicians. If a technician has a WO in progress and come back to the app, they are there to interact with their 'In Progress' work almost 100% of the time, which I expect is true for most out there.
We are customising the work list to achieve this now, however the intent of this idea is to bring it natively to the app to remove our customisation, and also benefit other customers.

Thanks for your feedback. Can you describe how you are configuring this today? Showing records in the top of the list is a basic sorting. Problem is really that customers might have different synonym statuses and languages ... and alphabetical order might not always show the ones in progress at the top.
