On Mobile Service Request when ownership is with an owner group it should say Assigned To Group

Owner and Owner Group are mutually exclusive. On Mobile Service Request when viewing a service request at the bottom it says Assigned To. If the owner is blank you will get a hyphen. There can be two possibilities there is an owner group, its just you can see it, or there is no owner or owner group. You cannot distinguish between the two. A SR with no owner and no owner group would be something worth chasing by the requester of the service. Somtimes a service request gets bounced between teams, it is also good to know that it is with another team, waiting for an onwer to be assigned.

If there is an owner group it should say Assigned To Group and provide the name of the person group. If there is no owner or owner group it should say Assigned To and display a hyphen.
