This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I have implemented this kind of stuff for a customer. I just inserted a route icon in the Workorder list view. This icon only appears on Workorder which have child Workorders. If the customer clicks this item an search is automatically build up (using similar the same JavaScript functionality as in the original search of the product) showing all Sub-Workorders in the resulting set. So the customer can work on this list and the list remains until he selects a different view.
In addition I added a Field ParentWO in the List and in the details view of a workorder.
I'm getting confused with this request. If you want the user to have the route stops act as tasks then choose that radio button back on the route. Also, if you have generated the route stops as child work orders, then they are individually assigned to someone. If that is that same person, then they will get all of them in sequence if you have done this correct. You can only work on one route stop at a time. Have you looked at the Inspection app instead of the Work Execution app as it's designed for quick completion of a route scenario.
