The Maximo user experience cannot be implemented in Mobile, although there are some enhancements to the time component that can help in here. Step buttons will be implemented in the upcoming release as well as to clear the value as you click on it. These are enhancements planned to enhance the UX, but since they are not aligned to the request of this idea, I'll have to reject it. As always, thank you for your valuable feedback.
