In Tech mobile app if we add a work log (lengthy one) then it is getting split into 2 fields in Maximo.

Problem description – In Tech mobile app if we add a work log (lengthy one) then it is getting split into 2 fields in Maximo. On mobile we are able to enter 254 characters of data in the work log filed but when it goes to Maximo the first 100 characters are getting updated in description field and the remaining length of the work log is getting updated in long description field. Attaching a screen shot of the view of work log in Maximo. Latest Update from IBM – As mentioned on the Tuesday call, This is working as expected. Currently we take the details to populate the summary and remaining characters go into the long description. Requested Targa enter an RFE/ Idea to have this changed. So that yu enter the summary and detail separate on the device.
