Getting Blue tick icon on Follow-up work screen in Maximo Mobile Technician application

When we navigate to the Follow-up work screen of Maximo Mobile Technician application, we are able to see blue tick icon on the top of the page. Even after creating follow-up workorders blue tick on top of this page remains same (Irrespective of number of follow-up workorders created) and we are able to see these follow-up workorders on MAS Manage without clicking on this blue tick icon.

When we click on this blue tick it redirects to the main workorder details page. We already have explicit back button on Follow-up work screen. Both options are performing same action. This is confusing for user.
We have raised PMR for this issue. PMR team informed us that this case was discussed with the development team and it's working as designed. PMR team has suggested us to raise an idea to the Ideas Portal.

This blue tick icon on Follow-up work screen creates confusion for end user. As once we click on this blue tick it redirects to the main workorder details page and we already have explicit back button on Follow-up work screen. Both options are performing the same action, so this blue tick icon option can be removed.
