TPK offline map support for Anywhere 7.6.4 - Android 64-bit WorkTechnician app

This is related to Anywhere 7.6.4 but worth checking if it works correctly on Maximo Mobile app for Android.

Please provide full TPK offline map support/functionality as part of Anywhere 7.6.4 on the WorkTechnician Android app using 64-bit libraries (arm64-v8a and x86_64).

The code that contains the support should be independent of interim fixes or at least work with IFIX003.

(Currently the IBM map plugin crashes with a TPK map on Android WorkTechnician that uses 64-bit Android libraries. Users see a white map on screen with no other obvious feedback. We had to use the logcat utility to understand the behaviour.)
