Maximo Mobile - (Local network only) app displays error after typing server address

When connected via a local network, Maximo Mobile app is always displaying an error immediately after the user keys in the server address. The server details being entered is running on a local virtual machine using bridged network The message is the following: Error Download error And it happens simultaneously with an iOS prompt to allow discovery of devices on the network. Pleas refer to the video for details After clicking go back and going through the process again, the system will perform the download and display the login page correctly However, if the user chooses to click "X" on the error message then the system will not return to the server address page and instead will be stuck on a downloading page with the progress bar not moving (also shown in the video) See attached https://www.secure.ecurep.ibm.com/download/?id=AjiRNmwhCWnxQXLHXgBIgawkU2p2mM3D2ReRvnctcK4
