Display proper feedback message when error happens during application load

When accessing My Schedule to retrieve a list of assigned work orders, we have noticed that in the scenario where an error(*) occur on the server side, the app does not handle the error properly and provide a meaningful feedback to the user. Instead, Maximo Mobile is displaying the standard "No Work Orders Found" even when there are work orders to be displayed. The message in this context is misleading and it becomes impossible to know whether there are actual work order records to be displayed or some error occurred. (*) Types of Server Errors: so far we have seen this happen under these circumstances: * Invalid relationships (faulty relationships or relationships that are used in the app but missing on the server) * Data integrity issues - invalid data on attachments (DOCINFO table) Expectation: in cases where the server fails to return the requested data set, the expectation is that the user is informed accordingly so further action can be taken something as simple as "Error when downloading the list of work orders - Contact your administrator" would inform users something is wrong in the system
