Delta lookups not working on Incident Report Anywhere app

After we upgraded Anywhere Incident Report from 7.6.3 to 7.6.3.1 the delta lookup functionality (see screenshot attached) became available - when doing a Refresh Lookup Data the Changes button shows up just so you can choose to only download the delta. The functionality doesn't seem to be working properly and, after a full refresh, and some changes to the data in Maximo, it still brings the full set over.

We tried to apply the following fixes without success (maybe because they were meant for Work Execution):

- IJ25888
- IJ18067

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The requested functionality is being reviewed as things move to thge new Maximo Mobile. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.
