Orphan Tech terms(POTERM Table) referencing an Item, which is not on POLINE should be removed from Add/Delete Technical Terms in Purchase Orders (Nuc) application

Ref: TS010285761

The steps to reproduce the issue can be seen in the attached document. Whenever a PO is created from an RFQ, the technical terms from all the RFQ Lines get copied to the POTERM table even if only few lines are selected from RFQ for creation of PO. All these terms appear in the Add/Delete Technical Terms dialog-box, this is very frustrating as there are 100s of technical terms on our POs. If 5 POs are created from the same RFQ, then all the 5 POs will have all the technical terms on the RFQ, this is un-necessary eating up storage as well.

The Add/Delete Technical Terms dialog-box should only display the technical terms that are associated with the items on that PO.
