Outage number to be configured in Maximo nuclear

In Maximo nuclear, handling of Outage and non outage work/transacational applications by differentiating with Outage number would be very useful feature.

New functionality called 'Outage number' which indicates the running number of the outage/non outage period for each year.

Ex: In 2023, what workorder, clearances, PMs, etc to be executed during outage period/non outage period- could be identified using the Outage number field.

23OPR12 (ex: 23 indicates year, OPR- indicates plant mode, 12 indicates running number).

This Outage number field can be added at PM, Clearance, WO,Lineup example.

Similarly, all outage related works for specific year can be identified using this Outage number.

Design: An application/table can be launched for Outage number- where different Outage numbers can be created by Outage planner or work planners based on different plant statuses. And information related to each outage status - Plant outage schedule start/end, Actual start/end, could be captured.

This outage number can be selected in WO/Clearance/PM etc.
