Unable to parse the proxy configuration in scm.ini file

We are unable to parse our proxy configuration details in scm.ini file on eclipse client.

    User working with AM application are using the Rhapsody Client together with the RTC Eclipse Client to connect with the server.
    You can still parse the RTC Eclipse client eclipse.ini file, to retrieve the users credentials, like you do with ccm applications.
    (I didn't understand which scm.ini file user is referring too - but above approach should allow user to get the required data).
