Scheduler compliance need to run a refresh work list regardless whether the schedule is rolling or not

Scheduler compliance - is it really telling the truth for the number of Plan Work Records in GS? Scenario: 100 work orders - 50 of which are scheduled and approved in a given month. Three of them were approved, prior to the month's start, but are scheduled to be done on the first day of the month. NB: This is a non-rolling project. Using a manual start/stopped compliance schedule, I started the compliance on the 4th day of the month, days 1 and 2 were the weekend and day 3 was a holiday, so not around to start on day 1. So, on day 4 at 11:03 AM I start off the compliance with a period of 1 month i.e. 1st of April t o 1st of May. The number of Plan Work Records = 47, not 50! The activities in the Graphical view show based on filtering that there are 50, so why are only 47 being monitored. NB: I can see that ones are being monitored using the SKDCOMPLIANCEWOLIST table. Looking at the three not being monitored, it would appear that in fact they were completed at 10:25 AM on the 4th day, So, "just" before the compliance was started. ================================================= Should the schedule have been refreshed before starting? ================================================= My recommendation is yes, the Refresh is really a good point to start, for Schedules that already have the Flag "Refresh When Opening Gantt View?" as true, that is already handled every time the Graphical View opens and it can be done over the Rolling project once we have the Refresh of the Schedule at this level. We didn't introduce the Refresh control directly with the Compliance Cron Task, but that could be a good point of improvement, this way we could get modified records as it happens. Let me know your perspective on that area.
