Maximo Scheduler - Schedule Compliance Planed Hours Should Not Be Front Loaded

Currently when planned hours are calculated for the compliance period the number of hours are front loaded. This means that if a schedule is set at 7 days with an 8 hour day shift specified (total of 56 hours working time) and a WO in the schedule has planned hours of 1 person for 100 hours then the entire 100 hours is included in the compliance planned hours. This is not how it should be and as a result is causing the compliance factor and percentage to report incorrectly and appear as though the planners for our client are planning poorly when in fact the software tool is to blame.
