Have the Maximo Linear features add to all corrosonding Maximo for Transportation apps

My client is using the Maximo for Transportation apps as their prime applications and requires the use of the Maximo Linear features such as dynamic job plans.  Whilst it's possible to manually add the necessary screen and security changes, customers shouldn't have to do so.  It would be great to have these features on if Maximo Linear is installed and it shouldn't matter whether Maximo Linear is installed first or last.
