Reduce number of clicks to make a workspace reservation

When a user clicks on the link to select a Workspace, the user is presented with a screen that allows the user to select from a view of available workspaces. However, this process is not intuitive and requires additional clicks. Furthermore, the user interface does not clearly indicate to the user what action needs to be taken in order to continue with the reservation.

Right now, the screen updates with a very small popup box that shows the name of the selected space. Then the user must click the check box within the popup at which point, the user must then click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen. Prior to clicking the checkbox, there is no instructions that the user needs to click the checkbox.

The step of having to click the checkbox seems to be a superfluous action and simply adds unnecessary clicks to the process of making a workspace reservation.

These workspace reservations are high-frequency actions and every attempt should be made to streamline the process as much as possible. Additionally, it should be much more intuitive - if there is something that the user needs to do to proceed, then the user interface should highlight those necessary steps to reduce any user confusion.
