Make the Natural Gas unit and the Renewable Natural Gas unit consistent.

The Natural Gas [therms] and Renewable Natural Gas [Gj] unit of volume are different. This makes no sense. Natural Gas and Renewable Natural Gas are the same composition - so why have different units.
