    Release a new version of IBM JRE compatible with DOORS 9.6.1.11

    Due to potential cybersecurity risks, a new version of IBM JRE compatible with DOORS 9.6.1.11 (and the DOORS Help 2.0 client) is required. According to IBM support, DOORS 9.6.1.11 only supports the IBM JRE 8 (jre1.8.0_60).

    Expand DXL to allow creation and management of ReqIF Definitions in DOORS projects.
