Stop/Pause work or Stop travel button click should open up labour entry sidebar page directly without the user having to click 'edit labor' button

Standard functionality opens the labour window with edit labour and send buttons when user clicks Stop Work, Pause Work, Stop Travel button. This is a usability improvement that saves one extra click for user for every Work Order.
