Expose renamed Execution state of Test Suite/cases in Engineering Test Management so that renamed Execution state can be used in Java Reporting Service

Currently, if you rename Execution state of Test cases and Test Suites in ETM, afterward, query these Test Cases/Test Suites from Java Reporting Service (JRS), still the default values of Execution state will be shown in the result of the query.
