All Scheduled Events of Payment Schedule and Percentage Rent Clause records to be deleted as soon as respective records got created during the Lease activation

This helps in reducing number of Scheduled Event records in a specific day(Mostly 1st day of the month) based on setup, so that Scheduler Agent can process all Scheduled Event records on scheduled time.

The user experience is limited with the current implementation of the fixed size window and columns, particularly on very high resolution screens and when working with huge numbers of users / many lines of data.

With growing privacy rules we should be showing references to people by their Display Name rather than the PERSONID which may be an anonymous number.
