"Log out" user option for MAS system administrators

Sysadmin user should have the option in UI to forcibly log out a user. This was present already in Manage but got removed since some of the authentication and session management was moved to MAS side. Customers want that back.

URL’s and certificate management: In the current setup the URLs are being split by dots ("."). Could this be done with minus signs in stead? This would drive the cost down as fewer certificates are needed.
