Add support to adapt the size of a Widget window in Mini Dashboard

Currently it is not possible to adapt the size of a widget window in Mini Dashboard. It would be great to adapt it using the mouse. This way more detailed Widget can be shown as large as user needs.

If you have a application where you added a sub tab group with some tabs on an applications list tab, it is not showing any tabs in the application unless you remove the type="list" tag of the list tab. With this workaround all tabs are shown now....
