Provide Launch in Context from Maximo Health to Maximo Manage.

When using the tightly coupled MAS products, the user should have a seamless experience to launch in context between them.   The specific example is when a Reliability Engineer is using Maximo Health and exploring the 'Maintenance History' of the Asset - they can see the list of work orders for that Asset - and if the work order has an associated Job Plan.   A link on both of these attributes is provided - but if you click on the link - it brings you to the home page of Maximo Manage.   The user then has to navigate to the particular application - and then remember what record # they were investigating.

This idea submission is to request a change to launch to the individual record in Maximo Manage - whether that is the specific Maximo Work Order record or Job plan.   This would result in a streamlined user experience - where the user could have 2 browser sessions open between Maximo Health and Maximo Manage - to see all the information they needed at once to perform their job tasks.

The capability you described (navigating to an asset's specific work order in Manage from the Health "Maintenance History" section) is already available in the latest version of MAS. Please let us know if you have any additional details to this request. If you have trouble competing this task, please contact support.

    Composable dashboards should enable most of this idea. It is targeted for a future release. MASP-S-58
