Include an option to export artifact comments for an entire module.

This request is to have comments associated with an artifact be exportable into csv export. Ideally, this would include comments from all instances (see RFE # https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=150915). There are several ways this could be implemented – as an export option in the right-hand comments panel (with the option to export for the selected artifact or entire module), as an add-on option in the existing Export to CSV option (include comments toggle that exported comments for artifacts selected for export), or to format the comments into plain text for a module column.
Attached is a screenshot of the format of our in-house csv exporter.
