Implementation of a link validity trigger for changes in embedded artifacts.

When using DNG, embedded artifacts can be used to realize images but also parameters. The use of such embedded artifacts in conjunction with Pure Variance can also allow variable parameterization. Unfortunately, changes to embedded artifacts do not lead to changes in link validity. This makes the use of all embedded artifacts in the context for requirements theoretically useless.

I would like to see an implementation of a possibility to set in the data model for certain artifacts that embedded artifacts cause an event in the link validity state. Alternatively, a new system defined artifact type, lets call it "Embedded Attefact", could be implented which has such a functionality.

I would also like to see an IBM statement here.
