Uploading new version of an image should lead to change in link validity

The new version of picture should invalidate the link validity and it change from valid to suspect

Business Justification: This is a very common use case for us - most of our requirements have embedded images and any changes in the image must be cascaded to all the "satisfied" requirements over the linkage via Link Validity. It is important that the link validity should capture the change of image as well.

Steps:
Enable link validity
Create artifact A
Upload a picture P
Open artifact A and embed P in it
Create a 'Satisfies' trace link
Confirm that the link is valid
Open P and upload a new version of it.

Current(actual) Results: Link validity remains as valid
