History of Changes Performed for Link Validity Status

Background is: Today it is only possible to see the latest status and when having a baseline you can the see what status link validity had there. But you do not see the progress of changes and who changed it. This leads to the situation that users currently do not use link validity in big projects with many people working in it because it leads to confusion. Instead they use workflows with a status because there they can track the history

Problem :

Whenever there is a change in Requirement between 2 linked Artifacts, link validity shows as suspect. This will be resolved by Author based on need and demand. There is no way to track this who resolved link validity and by when it was resolved.

User would like to know history of changes performed on Link Validity Status to keep track on

1. who did the change ?

2. When it was last modified ?

You can suggest ways to think about implementing this idea

Would you like to see those changes recorded in the artifact audit history pages?
Only for outgoing links or for both incoming and outgoing?
