Remove "Elaborates / Elaborated By" and "Specifies / Specified By" from users view

The link types "Elaborates / Elaborated By" and "Specifies / Specified By" seem to be related to an old integration between the RM application and UNICOM Focal Point, as far as I understood from the support. 

They cannot be edited and used for other use cases, but are still visible if you want to add columns to a view as a user. This is confusing and impacts user experience if there are link types shown, which cannot be used.

It would be good to either remove these deprecated link types or at least to be able to deactivate the link types entirely either in component properties or in the "Advanced Properties" of the RM server.

    These link types are defined in the OSLC-RM specification, see https://docs.oasis-open-projects.org/oslc-op/rm/v2.1/os/requirements-management-vocab.html, and are used when integrating DOORS Next with another application.
