DNG Template handling and distribution

We define the standard development process and methods for the entire development part (~6000) developers. Since the artefact types and the attributes are part of the information model, those are tight to the process and method releases. 

There are two main use cases for the template handling.

1. maintainance: template is updated and rolled out to projects which are running on a compatible template version

2. prepareing a new template for a new process version which might not be compatible with former verstions

 

What we need:

- possibliity to add version to template

- overview which project is running on which version

- multi selection of projects which should receive which updated version

- possibility to avoid to update incompatible versions.

- possiblity to do rollouts on several DNG servers.
