LDX /LQE should support the DB2_ABSPATH variable

Client has to replace the Db2 driver shipped with LQE/LDX (db2jcc4.jar) with every iFix because what is provided is incompatible with Db2 v11.5.9 when SSL is enabled - an ssl handshake error occurs with the provided db2jcc.jar

The rest of the ELM applications support the use of the DB2_ABSPATH to point to a db2jcc4.jar somewhere on the filesystem. LDX/LQE require libs  to be within war.

For consistency across ELM, the request was made in a support case to support the DB2_ABSPATH variable for LDX/LQE as well

    The IBM Engineering team delivered the idea, and it will be available as part of JRS 7.2. If you are interested in testing this idea, you are welcome to download JRS 7.2 milestone 4 or later and provide us your feedback.
