LQE backup needs to add a tool tip or note that this is only for the jena indexes and not the LQE Relational Store

This can be helpful for all users of the application to ensure they aren't confused on how to backup the indexes once the Relational store is enabled

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each idea suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has reviewed the idea, and based on our understanding, it is accepted as an uncommitted candidate.
