While we understand the use case of wanting to see non-routine adjustments on metering dashboards and actual vs expected reports, this change cannot be implemented as requested. Non-routine adjustments are currently implemented for using a custom picklist for the description field in a program action. This may different for other partners and clients and hence we cannot implement this as standard functionality. We may consider other ways to track and display non-routine adjustments depending on client demand.
Please provide more information to help us assess this idea such as identifying specific dashboards and reports and providing screenshots of the requested changes.
