Allow more flexibility when creating a tailored SRM report

When creating a tailored SRM report (for example for an internal monthly report) allow the user to:

-link existing power reports to the answers of questions

- export pdf extract of complete report automatically and send it to specific contacts

- select type of answer you want, ensure the 'methodology' section is not mandatory to complete, and other sections should not be in the report unless selected, such as 'Envizi Guidance', '

- Allow users to create these tailored reports with other types of answer apart from a text box, such as multi selection, numbers, similar to what a google forms would be able to do.

Hello Helga, thanks for your idea.

-link existing power reports to the answers of questions

    • We have the ability to embed PowerReports when we create questions. Users can run these reports from within SRM and save those PowerReports to responses. However, users don't have the ability to embed hyperlinks to PowerReports when responding to questions, or when creating custom questions through custom frameworks. This is an interesting idea, but not high priority since there is a work around. Users are able to run PowerReports from the main Envizi platform using Search or navigating to the PowerReports grid.

    - export pdf extract of complete report automatically and send it to specific contacts

    • This is an interesting idea and something we could add to our backlog. Could you also discuss the value and use case you see related to this idea? Thanks for raising this.

    - select type of answer you want, ensure the 'methodology' section is not mandatory to complete, and other sections should not be in the report unless selected, such as 'Envizi Guidance', '

    • This functionality is available. When a user runs a report, they can unselect the fields that they don't want included in the pdf. If I've misunderstood the request, let me know.

    - Allow users to create these tailored reports with other types of answer apart from a text box, such as multi selection, numbers, similar to what a google forms would be able to do.

    • When you say 'tailored reports', do you mean custom frameworks and custom questions? Currently the Envizi Product team can build frameworks and questions (like ESRS) with form-based question controls like picklists, numeric fields, text fields, tables, radio buttons, etc., but unfortunately it's a very technical process and not something users would be happy with. This is in our backlog and as we improve the usability of the form builder we will keep in mind that end users would benefit from this.
