Would like to make the line cost in the invoiceline distribution costs editable

If you create a new invoice and associate a po on the invoice copy the polines in the Invoice Lines tab, click on the Distribute Costs button, expand to show details the percentage field is editable but the line cost is not editable which causes a problem because if you have a need to add specific dollar amounts to different GL accounts as a pose to a percentage if you try to calculate the correct percentage the dollar amounts do not add up example if you need to charge $391.00 to gl account if you enter 6.55 in the percent field it would give you $390.77 and if you enter 6.56 it would give you $391.37 and that causes a problem to some clients..
