This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi all, regarding this functionality - ROP & EOQ calculation is available today in Maximo Inventory Optimization (MIO - formerly MRO IO). MIO also performs ABC analysis for usage value, happy to look at if this aligns with previous Maximo functionality and look at options should there be any gaps.
MIO is a comprehensive inventory management and optimization application is now available in both Standard and Essential versions. MIO has recently become an application in the MAS SaaS Application Suite, available via MAS SaaS App Points and is available with integration direct to MAS SaaS (as well as other data sources) to automatically update reorder values plus any other data points.
MIO evolved from the Oniqua Analytics Solution (OAS - aquired by IBM in 2018) which has been developed over thirty years and has helped some of the worlds largest asset intensive organisations in industries such as Oil and Gas, Mining and Mineral Processing, Manufacturing, Utilities (power generation, transmission and distribution; water; and gas) and transportation successfully right size and better manage their inventory.
MIO is available to customers globally through the growing business partner network. For more information see this page or reach out to your IBM or Business Partner representative, myself - djones@au1.ibm.com or Mateo Canarte-Toro mateocanartetoro@ibm.com.
This was incorrectly indicated as DELIVERED but is a priority on the roadmap in the near future.
It sure would be nice if there was a comment after delivery, to say where the delivery was made. Is this added in a patch, ifix or version update to core MAS? Add-on? Other? Mas 9.1?
Any news on when the update to Reorder Point, Economic Order Quantity and ABC will be provided in MAS, 9.1 hopefully?
When reworking Inventory ABC when the item is condition enabled there could be multiple Inventory Costs records one for each Condition Code, the report sums the Last Receipt Cost over-inflating the value of the item. It should instead use the one record where the Condition Rate is 100.
In the MAXDEMO Database Item LN7023 in the CENTRAL-BEDFORD storeroom has three Inventory Costs records with a sum of Last Receipt Cost of 665. This is the value that is used in the Last Cost column. The NEW condition code with condition rate of 100 has a value of 350. I think it is safer to use this for this ABC Analysis report.
Thumbs up from us here on MAS at Rolls-Royce!
