Add ability to update ABC Type, Reorder Point and Economic Order Quantity from the results of running Inventory Reports

There used to be 6 reports which updated the database, and these were removed for 7.6.1.3 and MAS Manage 8.3 when updating to BIRT 4.8 - a security risk with Database Access is given as the reason. A pair of reports each updated ABC Type, ROP and EOQ. Two reports because the older one was legacy and didn't handle FIFO/LIFO Issue Cost Items.

Clients upgrading to MAS will find that these features no longer exist. With 1000's of items setting these three fields individually is a lot of periodic maintenance. There ought to be a way of running the business logic for each of these reports in a way that produces a tabular list with a Preview and Execute function - the existing BIRT reports can then be retired. This would be something similar to the Reorder process which has a Preview button.

Maximo MRO Inventory Optimisation probably does a part of this (ROP I would think), but that is currently not available to IBM Business Partners to try and then hopefully sell the product to their clients, and this is a barrier to its use outside of US. Besides, something useful has been removed from the base product and has not been replaced, this weakens the competitive advantage of Maximo.

When reworking Inventory ABC when the item is condition enabled there could be multiple Inventory Costs records one for each Condition Code, the report sums the Last Receipt Cost over-inflating the value of the item. It should instead use the one record where the Condition Rate is 100.

In the MAXDEMO Database Item LN7023 in the CENTRAL-BEDFORD storeroom has three Inventory Costs records with a sum of Last Receipt Cost of 665. This is the value that is used in the Last Cost column. The NEW condition code with condition rate of 100 has a value of 350. I think it is safer to use this for this ABC Analysis report.
