Conditional Sigoptions for Service Portal Offerings

Conditional sigoptions that are given by application designer for custom offering dialogs (input modes, display options etc) not working on Service Portal even though they are working without an issue on Self Service Center.

Our two of the biggest customers in Turkey want to use Service Portal with their offering catalogs for the end users, as soon as possible, but this issue prevents them to use Service Portal due to their current offerings not working as expected in the Service Portal.

    Thank you for the great idea. As we move Control Desk into the Maximo Application suite the Service Portal is being replaced with a new application (Self serve) in the core structure of Control Desk (will be called Maximo IT in the suite). The application will be built using the new Maximo Application framework which is based on graphite and carbon technologies.

    With this change in tooling and self serve we will not be able to deliver this capability for the service portal.
