Maximo Anywhere is no longer being enhanced. In replacement we developed the new Maximo Mobile application. This app comes with Service Requests application as an out-of-the-box module. The use case is different than the one described in this idea though. It's intended for people to create new SRs as they walk by the plant or facility (any person, since general services until technicians, engineers, etc). Once the SR is submitted, it can only be visualized in the Mobile device or enter work logs. For more complex operations we have the Technician Mobile application (Work Orders) which also comes out of the box in Mobile.
