ARXML Import via RhapsodyCL

Importing of arxml files via command line requires use of Rhapsody.exe as mentioned here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSB2MU_9.0.0/com.ibm.rhp.autosar.doc/topics/rhp_c_import_export_autosar_xml.html

We have CI/CD enabled for our project which requires us to use rhapsodyCL.exe instead of Rhapsody.exe. Therefore, in order to automate the import/export process for arxml files, IBM needs to provide us possibility to start run the commands mentioned in link using RhapsodyCL.exe instead of Rhapsody.exe. To be able to make it run with rhapsodyCL.exe, i believe we will need an additional property to set the input/output files. (Sodius)
